Welcome! Short version: this site is a chat and forum for autistic people, and it is run by the people in it. Ops (like this account) keep the servers running — the community does the moderating, by vote.

Two things we will never do: show anyone your IP address (everyone appears as a fake 10.x.y.z, in chat and in calls), or silence someone completely (banned people can always talk to the ops and appeal).
