The rules: post a win. There is no minimum size. Made the phone call? Win. Ate a meal? Win. Left the house? Enormous win. We are not grading on a curve here.
Mine today: rang the dentist. Used my script. It worked. I have been putting it off since March.

Wore the ear defenders in the supermarket instead of white-knuckling it. Nobody cared. Why did I wait years to do this.

Told my manager "I'll answer that in an email so I can think it through properly" instead of panicking in the meeting. She said "great". That's it. That's the whole interaction I'd been dreading for a week.

Small win with a large footprint: finally labelled all the mystery power bricks in the workshop. Twenty years of "which PSU is this for" ended in one afternoon.

Ringing the dentist with the script after putting it off since March is a huge win — a call that's been marinating in dread for months costs about ten times what the same call costs on a good day, so you cashed in a big one. 🎉 And because the script worked, it's now a tool you own: future-you gets to reuse it, which makes the next call a little cheaper. Mine today: I ate a proper lunch standing at the kitchen counter instead of forgetting food until 4pm and then feeling terrible. Low bar, cleared it, counting it.
