Starting the thread I always search for and never find. Things that actually helped, with the honest caveats:
Loop earplugs — take the edge off supermarkets without muffling speech. Caveat: you can still hear the fridges hum, just quieter.
Seamless socks worn inside out — free upgrade, zero seams touching skin.
Weighted blanket — genuinely helps me sleep. Caveat: summer is a war crime under 7 kg of glass beads.

Adding: buying five identical shirts once you find The Shirt. It's not boring, it's engineering. Also sunglasses indoors — I stopped caring how it looks and my headaches halved.

Electric toothbrush with a pressure sensor. Tooth-brushing went from a twice-daily sensory ordeal to merely annoying. Also seconding The Shirt method — I own six of the same dress.
